Transform the performance of your workforce

Participant during an intuitive painting session, St Petersburg, Russia, 2005

"Stress in the workplace: While work can provide us with structure, purpose, satisfaction, self-esteem and spending power, the workplace can also be a setting of stress and worry." (BUPA)

Creative Journeys provides a powerful platform, in your business environment, to inspire positive transformation, combat stress and boost productivity in the workplace using voice, percussion, visualisation and art, enhanced by live piano improvisations.

How do Creative Journeys improve performance?

To function at an optimum level, a person needs to feel connected with his or her own personal power. In the business world, anything less could mean the difference between profit or loss.

A Company's productivity and profitability is dependent on the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of it’s workforce. Your people are the “cells” within the body of your company. Keeping them healthy means keeping your company healthy.

Creative Journeys unlocks the potential in people to be the best that they can be.
If you are ready for a no risk life transformation and you're ready to experience the power of your inner voice coming through you, you're ready for Vocal Awareness.

Staff will return to their desks feeling inspired and energised.

Stress costs the UK economy £1 in lost productivity for every
£10 generated

Yet less than 10 % of companies have a policy to deal with it, the mental health charity, Mind, found.

"
More than 5 million people in the UK complain of "extreme" stress in their jobs which puts them at risk of a breakdown" the charity says.

"
The pressures of the workplace are exacting a social and economic toll which can no longer be ignored" says the report by Mind. More than half of Britain's workers complain of stress and take almost 13 million days off sick as a consequence.
