Nia is a personal growth, body-mind-spirit fitness program. Nia is a fusion of Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts and is based on the design and function of the body - what Nia calls, “The Body’s Way.” With 52 basic moves, Nia movement is multi-dynamic and multi-directional.
When your body becomes fully alive and abundantly aware, your general attitude towards life becomes more serene and you discover new mental and emotional strengths.
