Nia is a personal growth, body-mind-spirit fitness program. Nia is a fusion of Martial Arts, Dance Arts and Healing Arts and is based on the design and function of the body - what Nia calls, “The Body’s Way.” With 52 basic moves, Nia movement is multi-dynamic and multi-directional.

What are the benefits of Nia?
Nia builds/enhances flexibility, agility, mobility, strength and stability. Nia balances the autonomic nervous system, enhances sensory awareness, builds reservoirs of chi and alleviates emotional problems. Based on the JOY of Movement, it’s uplifting, invigorating and FUN!
