Vocal toning uses simple vowel sounds with the breath. It helps connect you to your deeper self, uplift your mood and stimulate your creative expression. “The highest form of healing vibrations using the voice lies in toning...” says James D’Angelo, author of “Healing with the Voice”.

Vocal Toning is a system of healing, primarily using vowel sounds to alter vibrations in every molecule and cell in the physical body, while also resonating the etheric fields. Sighing, moaning and humming are also forms of Toning.

The benefits of toning your voice: It provides release and relief, while allowing the natural flow of energy to move through your body. You can practise toning in your life whilst doing ordinary things and it can change your whole day for the better. You feel more in tune with yourself, which naturally helps you to tune in with others around you.
