Terms and conditions for booking 1. Refunds will not be made less than a week before the event. 2. Refunds on cancellations more than a week before an event will be subject to a £10 administration fee 3. Registration will be treated as a firm booking once it has been received by internet, letter, fax, e-mail or telephone. 4. Admission to seminars with a limited number of participants will be determined by the order in which registrations are received. Admission by means of a waiting list is possible in the event of cancellations of binding registrations by other participants. There is, however, no right to admission. 5. The seminar fee per person and date shall include course documentation and materials 6. Changes to the programme for organisational reasons are possible due to the need for long-term planning. Whether an event takes place is also dependent on a minimum number of participants being reached. Creative Journeys must, therefore, reserve the right to make changes to the days on which courses take place, starting-times, dates and the location of courses. As far as possible, participants will be notified in time and in a suitable manner. Participants are entitled to cancel immediately their registration in writing in this case. 7. Creative Journeys is entitled to cancel a course for material reasons, such as the illness of a facilitator or a low number of participants. 8. Creative Journeys will refund seminar fees which have already been paid in the event of a cancellation by a participant in accordance with section 6 and 7 above. The appropriate fee will be transferred to a bank account named by the participant for this purpose, or, if desired, a credit note will be issued entitling participation at another Creative Journeys event. 9. The participant is not entitled to insist that the course take place should it be cancelled by Creative Journeys, nor is he/she entitled to claim the reimbursement of expenses incurred, such as travel and accommodation costs, lost working time and other expenses. The same shall apply in the event of possible necessary changes to dates made at short notice. Changes to reservations by participants will be treated as cancellations. 10. Creative Journeys does not accept any responsibility for damage to, or loss of property or injury to persons during the entire event.  |
